Embrace the outdoors on the trellised veranda perfect for outside seating and/or dining. A water fountain surrounded by lush ivy provides another wonderful photo opportunity at our Outer Banks wedding venue. If you choose to decorate the trellis, electrical outlets are in the rafters, eliminating the need for unsightly extension cords.

The commercial kitchen is every caterer’s dream, equipped with a commercial dishwasher, icemaker, coolers, oven, stove, heating racks, sinks and more. Easy behind-the-scenes access to the service entrance, the upstairs and each ballroom from the service hallways make entertaining at 108 Budleigh so convenient. Select the caterer of your choice, so you can have the Manteo wedding of your dreams. We do require that your caterer be licensed and are happy to help you find the perfect one for your event.

We provide 25 (4-foot) round banquet tables, two (8-foot) buffet tables, a cake table and 150 gold ballroom Chiavari chairs. A sound system and speakers throughout the building are just some of what we include with the use of our facility.
