It's all about you at 108 Budleigh, as we host only one Manteo wedding per day. You are welcome to start your wedding day as early as 9 a.m. The building is yours to host the wedding of your dreams. We just ask that you make like Cinderella at midnight as our cleaning crew arrives.

This reception site is within walking distance to Roanoke Marshes Lighthouse, stately churches, the Manteo waterfront and a short drive to the Nags Head beaches, West Wind Manor and the Elizabethan Gardens. 108 Budleigh is also great as a backup plan for outdoor Outer Banks outdoor weddings. You may have your ceremony on-site for no additional fee.

Twenty-five round dining tables, two buffet tables, a cake table and 150 gold Chiavari ballroom chairs are provided for your wedding reception. There are speakers throughout the building if you want to bring in CDs or an iPod.

We even allow you to bring in your own alcohol if you would like with no additional fee. We have built-in bars on both floors. Our first-floor bar is equipped with a three-compartment sink, antique shelving, coffee makers, wine cooler and ice bin. Our second-floor bar features a copper hood that was salvaged from the gracious Carolinian Hotel in Nags Head. Go to www.ncabc.com for your special event license.
